Join the latest trend and best kept secret: Aqua Fitness! You don’t have to swim or get your hair wet, but you will get many benefits, including improved muscle balance by targeting opposing muscle groups; increased flexibility by using the water’s natural buoyancy to achieve a greater degree of stretching; reduced stress and muscle relaxation while improving cardiovascular and neuromuscular training. We use resistive equipment (gloves, buoys and noodles) to get an even greater workout. So join us each morning as we work with the power and force of the water!
