Amelia Island Plantation's online booking engine is SMS World. This is an Internet server that allows you to book your reservation Real Time in the Real World. You may browse to check up- to- the- minute availability at Amelia. Then, choose from any of the available rates and packages to make your reservation on the web using our secure credit card processor. A confirmation will be displayed on the screen or sent by e-mail.

To Reserve a Room Online:
You must be 21 years or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during your stay.
Reservations/Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable reservation processing fee of $25 per unit is charged at the time of booking (via phone or other Internet sources) to cover the cost of taking and managing your reservation, sending confirmations and resort information and billing your account. No fee is charged when booking is made via this site. A deposit equal to two nights' room or package rate is required at the time of booking. Deposits assure accommodations for the scheduled arrival day. Upon arrival, the remainder of the stay is payable upon check-in. Deposits fully refundable upon 7 days notice of cancellation. 14 day cancellation applies to stays over the following holidays:
- Concours d' Elegance
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Shrimp Festival
- Florida vs Georgia Weekend
Rates reflect two adults per bedroom. Up to two children under 16* are free in room when sharing accommodations with parent(s). Resort service fee and package inclusions are extra for children and additional adults in units. All package programs include resort service fee based on occupancy. Single occupancy and extra night rate available upon request, with and without package inclusions. 9% tax not included. Rates vary and are based on availability, subject to change without notice and are not available to conference groups.
* Children 16 and older are considered adults.
Meal Plans- Meal plans for adults are available and may be added to any package. Children have special value menus in most outlets.
Housekeeping Policies:
At Amelia Island Plantation, we are pleased to provide our guests with the highest levels of service. All rooms will receive housekeeping services based on the guest’s length of stay. Daily service will apply to all hotel rooms and group stays. Daily service includes making beds, tidying the unit, replacing towels and linens in accordance with Project Planet, trash removal, spot vacuuming and loading/unloading of dishwashers. Guests staying with us, not as part of a group, in a villa for 4 nights or less will receive arrival and departure cleaning . For stays of five nights or more, weekly housekeeping will apply. These units will be serviced by making beds, tidying the unit, replacing towels and linens in accordance with Project Planet, trash removal, spot vacuuming and loading/unloading of dishwashers every four days of stay. As always, our guests can request additional services for a nominal fee.
Pets:
Pets, up to 50 pounds, are permitted in select guest accommodation in the Amelia Inn only. There is a $100 refundable deposit and a $50 per pet per night non-refundable fee. Please call 1-888-261-6161 for more information.
